Stuart Waldman is Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI). He currently directs software engineering and development operations for Global Claims and Enterprise-Wide Document Management and Workflow Solutions.  In his tenure at BHSI, Stuart has led multiple large-scale programs and implementations such as global specialty insurance claim system, customer/broker portal, and Duck Creek and Hyland OnBase Document Management products.

With an impressive history across the financial services industry delivering product pricing and distribution transformation programs. Matthew is highly skilled in Agile Delivery, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk, Business Analytics, and Business Relationship Management.

Matthew holds a Masters of Risk and Insurance (Mins & Risk Mgt) focused in Insurance and Risk Management from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Queensland), and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
